Results for polling on International Men’s Day Celebration

A poll was conducted for a week on Legal Fighter’s Blog on how to celebrate International Men’s Day which happens to fall on November 19.
 
More than 200 people took part in the online poll and below are the results,
 
1. About 44% people say, they will organize some local event to spread the word.
 
2. Around 23% feel that Companies would announce discount on International Men’s Day.
3. Around 18% said that they would write to companies asking them to announce offers.
4. Around 15% feel that this year as well Companies would ignore men’s day.

Whether you have participated in the poll or not, but it is important to have celebrations of International Men’s Day and the impetus to the same will only come from Companies announcing offers around it. Hence, it is important to reach out to companies asking them to celebrate International Men’s Day and announce offers for the same.

The best way, I suppose, would be to organize local events to popularize Men’s Day as well as to spread awareness about the social problems that men face because of our tilted laws (towards women) and its ill effects on children and the society as a whole. The events should consist of descriptive awareness of how crooked laws are destroying Indian families. This can be done with the help of skits and examples of some real cases.

    I would like to request the organizers if they are holding any events or rallies in my city and around (Mumbai) to kindly let me know in advance so that I can take part in it.
